After School Program

CES and CMS After School Program information 

Hello and welcome to the CES/CMS After School Program. The new ASP lead will be Marcie Garrett, the school nurse at CES. She will be your primary contact for all things ASP. Her email address is mgarrett@cartersvilleschools.org. 

The cost to attend ASP includes an annual registration fee of $20 per child, with a maximum registration fee of $40 per school and $80 per family.  The daily attendance rate is $12 per child, per day.  

ASP hours are from 3:05 pm to 6 p.m. All students MUST be picked up by 6 p.m. to avoid late fees. If a student is picked up after 6 p.m., the late fee is $1 per minute, per student. Pick up will be in front of the cafeteria. Parents will receive a PIN number to sign out their student and will be required to come inside for pick up.

The following link or QR code will give you access to register your child in the After School Program. Please fill out all areas of the registration form. Filling out this form does not guarantee your child’s spot for ASP. After you have registered, you will receive an invoice to pay the registration fee. After registration fees have been paid, your child will become active in our system, and you will receive notification. Payment of the registration fee is required prior to your child attending ASP.
